Description
This Castillo coffee is washed, aerobically fermented for 23 hours, and sun-dried, graded EP 10 for its exceptional quality and consistency. Grown in Viotá, Tequendama, Cundinamarca, it is farmed by Fundación Asomucavit – an inspiring association founded in 2010 to support female coffee growers in the region. Led by Luz María Cordozo, Asomucavit is dedicated to elevating the role of women in Colombia’s coffee industry, both locally and nationally. Today, their coffee is cultivated across 11 farms, showcasing not only superb and remarkably consistent quality, but also the powerful impact of women-led change in a traditionally male-dominated field.
